Eddie has nearly 20 years of experience in the hotel-casino industry, working his way from the ground up to his current position as Executive Director of Player Development. He is a faithful Raiders and Oakland A’s fan, enjoys video games, and traveling to California, Hawaii and Ireland. Born in Washington, Eddie has been married 18 years, has three children, and a dog and a cat.
Marty Kunkel
Director of Independent Agents and Player Development
Martin began his career in the gaming industry 30 years ago starting out in casino operations. After learning all of the games in his roles as a dealer and supervisor, he eventually moved over to the casino marketing side of the business. His extensive experience in high limit gaming and casino marketing has provided him with the understanding of the service levels our casino guests expect. From the moment you arrive and until you leave, Martin strives to make every aspect of your stay an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Joe Reda
Director of Player Development
Joe offers over four decades of experience in the hotel-casino industry, including many years with the Las Vegas Hilton, that led to his position as Director of Player Development. Hailing from Steubenville, Ohio, Joe is a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. When he’s not providing excellent service to our guests, he enjoys golf and traveling to exotic locations such as Aruba. Joe brings his passion and keen sense of humor to every interaction he has at Westgate Las Vegas.
Mary Schaub

That is Mary’s daily mantra, and she believes it has served her well after spending over 20 years in the casino industry. Maryenjoys building lifelong relationships with fascinating, successful, and slightly eccentric players. When Mary’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with family, cycling, hiking, and crocheting. John Sia
Executive Casino Host
John grew up in Southern California and has a bachelor’s degree in gaming management and history from UNLV. After spending six years in the Air Force, he has worked on and off the Strip for the past two decades. His hobbies include running, hiking, doing anything outside, and spending time with his family. John only cheers for Las Vegas sports, including the Golden Knights, Raiders, and UNLV teams. He speaks Mandarin and enjoys traveling anywhere warm. In his spare time, he volunteers for Three Square.
David Rosenwinkel

David Rosenwinkel brings a long, diverse and successful background in the hotel-casino industry to his position as a Casino Host at the Westgate Las Vegas. His experience in food & beverage, concierge and front desk services, as well as in entertainment provides great value for our casino guests. David enjoys snowboarding, jet skiing, riding motorcycles, watching football and loves all genres of music, especially country. As your Casino Host, David will make sure that your experience will be the best it can possibly be.
Nalani Flores

Nalani Flores has over 10 years of experience in the hotel-casino industry, most recently at a major Strip property. Born in Hawaii, Nalani is deeply proud of her bloodline, which can be traced back to the Royal Monarchy of Hawaii. In her spare time, she likes to cook, travel to Hawaii and Utah, and watch the Pittsburgh Penguins, Steelers and Los Angeles Dodgers. Nalani considers her daughter, Abigail, her best friend, and likes to spend time with her cat, Colby, as well as enjoying her many saltwater fish.
Carolina McConnell

Carolina McConnell was born in California and has a bachelor’s degree in finance from UNLV. Her hobbies include exercise, golf, cooking, learning languages, and rooting for the Vegas Golden Knights and Las Vegas Raiders. Carolina has two daughters, two dogs, one cat, one turtle, and a fish tank. In her spare time, she volunteers for Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada and the Red Cross.

Kaitlyn, a New Jersey native, moved to Nevada in 2017. Building on her experience at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, she seamlessly moved into the casino industry six years ago, having worked as a casino host at another property. Kaitlyn enjoys various crafts, hiking, visiting Disney and being with family and friends. As Casino Office Manager, Kaitlyn provides valuable support to the hosts that serve our guests so that everyone’s experience is the ultimate in guest service.
