Silk Road Noodle
East Meets West for the Perfect Blend of Flavors
An extraordinary dining experience awaits you at the new Silk Road Noodle, which features an eclectic menu that creatively blends three different genres of Asian-style cooking – Japanese Ramen Noodle, Chinese Rice Noodle and Vietnamese Pho (a simmering beef noodle soup). A delightful eatery in a comfortable and intimate setting that overlooks the beautiful gardens of Benihana Village, Silk Road Noodle was named after the world-famous Silk Road, a series of routes connecting the East and West across the Asian continent that have been used for more than 2,000 years as a means of trade and cultural interaction. Similarly, the diverse menu at Silk Road Noodle utilizes several Eastern culinary styles from all across the Asian continent and brings them to the West with a unique fusion of amazing ingredients, flavors and presentations.
